Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Coventry (Days)

Location: Coventry CV3
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (weekly pay)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Start Date: Immediate start available

The Role:
Dame Recruitment is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join a friendly, fast-paced distribution team in Coventry. You’ll be picking, packing, sorting, and helping to keep stock moving smoothly throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing items accurately
• Sorting deliveries and preparing orders
• Using handheld scanners and following instructions
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Good level of spoken English
• Able to work on your feet and lift items when needed
• Previous warehouse experience is ideal but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
