Production Operative

Overview We're recruiting for a Production Operative to join an established manufacturing business in Leicester. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can start immediately and contribute to the production team's daily operations. Day-to-day • Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently • Following standard operating procedures and quality control processes • Monitoring production output and reporting any issues to supervisors • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets • Completing basic paperwork and production records What we're looking for • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred • Ability to work efficiently in a production environment • Good attention to detail and quality standards • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Willingness to follow health and safety procedures • Basic communication skills for team working Shift & pay 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. £12.71 per hour, paid weekly. Location Leicester City Centre, easily commutable from across the East Midlands.
