Location: Nottingham 

Salary:£55000-£84000

The role:
Reporting director to the business' CEO, with Plant Managers reporting into this position
Overseeing operations, processes and procedures across all of the company's sites
Taking responsibility for monitoring and improving profitability through new strategies/approaches
Working closely with Head of Compliance to ensure sites are safe, compliant, efficient and reliable
Developing and implementing a 5 year roadmap for business operations
Developing and monitoring budgets, and reporting on this to CEO
Tracking KPIs and improving performance through recruitment, training, development plans etc

The person:
Demonstrable and successful track record in operations/general management position
Previous experience looking after operations across multiple sites
Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices
Excellent financial acumen and experience developing/implementing/monitoring budgets
