 A market leader in the Retail industry are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team Finance team to assist with debt collection and proactively identify accounts that could be a credit risk.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Contacting customers by phone and email regarding outstanding invoices
• Identifying accounts that could be a potential credit risk
• Reporting on outstanding amounts to senior members of the team
• Preparing documents for legal proceedings on overdue accounts
• Approving customers refunds

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2 years Credit Control experience
• Intermediate excel skills 
• Attention to detail
• Proactive
• Confident on the phone with customers
• Ability to quickly understand and use new tools and processes
